OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Finalization/updation of Common Seniority List of Principal Private Secretaries as on 1.07.2013.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dt. 29.08.2013 wherein the cadre units were requested to bring to notice any deficiency/discrepancy in the particulars viz., date of appointment, date of birth etc. of the PPSs posted in Ministry/Department concerned.
2. While information from a number of cadre units is still awaited, a number of discrepancies have been noted in the information furnished by some of the cadre units. The details of these are enclosed as Annexure to this OM.
3. The information required / action required to be taken for removal of discrepancy is also indicated in the annexure. The concerned Ministry/Department is requested to take appropriate action as proposed against their names in the annexue to this OM.
4. Whereever a revised notification is required to be issued by the concerned Ministry/Department, a copy of the notification issued be fowarded to this Department.
5. This may be treated as priority.
