Subject: Draft Common Seniority List of Principal Private Secretaries as on 1.07.2014 – Finalization reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 30.12.2014 followed by reminder dated 24.3.2015 vide which Cadre Units as well as the officials concerned were requested to verify the correctness of the particulars such as the date of appointment, date of birth etc. of the officers shown in the list positively by 01.04.2015.
- Despite lapse of considerable time, the requisite information in respect of 13 officials, as mentioned in annexure to this O.M., is still awaited from the cadre units.

Accordingly, the cadre units as well as the officials concerned are, further, requested to furnish the information at the earliest.
