Circulation of Updated Seniority List for Senior Principal Private Secretaries of CSSS

C

The government has recently issued an updated seniority list for Senior Principal Private Secretaries (Sr. PPS) within the Central Secretariat Stenographers Services (CSSS), reflecting positions as of March 1, 2009. This essential update, accessible on the Department of Personnel & Training website, mandates a thorough review by all concerned personnel, including those currently on deputation. Individuals must diligently check their entries for any inaccuracies in personal details such as date of appointment or date of birth. Cadre authorities are equally responsible for verifying the particulars of their officers. Should any officer’s name be inadvertently omitted, it is crucial to inform the Department promptly. A firm deadline of June 5, 2009, has been established for reporting any factual errors or omissions. Non-compliance by this date will lead to the finalization of the list as accurate.
