Attention all Deputy Secretaries within the Central Secretariat Service (CSS): There’s an important update regarding the availability of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs). A comprehensive list has been circulated detailing the latest status of ACRs for CSS Deputy Secretaries. Cadre authorities are requested to meticulously review this list to identify any missing reports for officers under their purview. It is imperative that the latest position be promptly communicated to the CS-I Division of DOPT. Furthermore, if an ACR is found to be missing, documentary evidence such as proof of self-appraisal submission, including the CSL No. or SL year, should be provided. For easy access, the complete list is also available on the Department’s official website.

Sub: Availability of ACRs of CSS officers – Deputy Secretaries (Regular).
With reference to this Deptt’s O.M. No. of even number dated $4^{\text {th }}$ Nov. 2008, the undersigned is directed to circulate the enclosed statement regarding the latest availability of ACRs of the CSS Deputy Secretaries. The Cadre authorities may check at their end about the missing ACRs, if any, in respect of officers in the enclosed list and intimate the latest position to CS-I Division of DOPT. In case of NRC documentary proof like date of submission of selfappraisal etc. may be furnished. The CSL No./SL year of the officer may also be indicated.
