Subject: Availability status of ACR/APARs in respect of CSS officers for consideration of DPC – Directors Select List 2016.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 3/1/2016-CS-I(D) dated $29^{\text {th }}$ April, 2016 on the subject mentioned above (available on this Department’s website at www.persmin.nic.in $\rightarrow$ DOPT $\rightarrow$ Central Services $\rightarrow$ CSS $\rightarrow$ Seniority List and to say that the ACRs/APARs up to 2014-15 in respect of the officers, who are in the zone of consideration for Director Select List 2016, are required for assessment by the DPC. Statement of availability of ACRs / APARs in respect of officers who are in the zone of consideration and whose one or more ACRs / APARs in the reckonable period are not made available to this Department is shown at Annexure.
2. Ministries /Departments concerned are requested to furnish missing ACRs / APARs as mentioned in the Annexure. If for any reason, ACR / APAR is not available, a No Report Certificate (NRC) should be furnished indicating reasons for such non-recording of ACRs / APARs.
3. All officers concerned, in their own interest, are requested to pursue with the Administration Division concerned to ensure that the said ACRs / APARs in respect of them which are not made available, are furnished to this Department without any further delay. This Department seeks active cooperation of all the Ministries/ Departments and officers concerned in this regard.
4. Any discrepancy noticed in the Annexure may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately in writing.
