OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Availability of APARs of CSS officers for preparation of Director Select List 2017 – Reminder -II.

In continuation of this Department’s OM of even number dated $26^{\text {th }}$ April, 2017 and subsequent reminder dated $11^{\text {th }}$ May, 2017 read with DoPT CS.I(D)’s OMs No.3/1/2017-CS.I(D) dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ March, 2017, dated $27^{\text {th }}$ April, 2017, dated $21^{\text {st }}$ June, 2017 and dated $23^{\text {rd }}$ June, 2017 making a tentative list of total 95 eligible officers, who are likely to be included in Director Select List 2017. A provisional list indicating the status of available ACRs/APARs for the reckonable period from 2008-09 to 2015-16 was circulated. The APARs/NRCs for the reckonable period in respect of the few officers are yet to be received and their details are attached at annexure-I.
2. The Ministries/ Departments are, therefore, once again requested to check at their end the non-availability (NA) of APARs in respect of the officers working in the Ministry/ Department concerned and make available the pending APARs to CS-I Division, DoP\&T without further delay.
