All relevant government entities are urged to meticulously review and confirm the accuracy of the provided list of nodal officers, including their contact details, and to furnish any missing information promptly. Furthermore, there’s an opportunity for Ministries and Departments to nominate additional nodal officers from associated subcadres and offices, facilitating a wider training program for APAR monitoring. A key directive emphasizes that for CSS officers on deputation, the originating Ministry or Department retains the responsibility for monitoring their APARs. It is imperative that all CSS officers are aware of their respective nodal officers to ensure timely submission of their APARs, especially for the 2009-10 appraisal year and onwards, with urgent information required by a specified deadline.

Subject:- Monitoring of APARs completion of CSS officers by nodal officers.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $29^{\text {th }}$ October, 2009 on the above subject and to circulate herewith a list of nodal officers nominated by various Ministries /Departments alongwith their address, phone number, e-mail address. All Ministries/Departments are requested to check the list and confirm whether all the information given in the list is correct and also provide information in respect of the columns left blank in the list.
The Ministries/Departments may also indicate whether they wish to nominate more nodal officers from attached subcadres/sub offices/Depts under them with details of the nodal officers so that another Training Programme to monitor the APAR of CSS officers can be arranged for rest of the Nodal officers. It has been decided that in respect of CSS officers who proceed on deputation, the Ministry/Deptt from where the CSS officers proceed on deputation are required to monitor the APAR of the concerned officer. The information may be made available urgently and positively by $\underline{02 / 03 / 2010}$.
All CSS officers are also requested to take note of their Ministry/Deptt/office nodal officers to keep them informed from time to time, regarding the submission of their APARs to the respective Reporting officers from the APAR year 2009-10.
