Central government departments are enhancing their administrative efficiency through specialized training for designated Nodal Officers. These officers are undergoing a crucial program focused on mastering the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) monitoring system. This initiative stems from valuable feedback across various ministries, highlighting the need for a robust and unified approach to performance management. The training, facilitated by expert teams, is designed to equip Nodal Officers with the necessary skills to effectively operate and oversee the APAR software. This ensures a streamlined, transparent, and efficient performance appraisal process for civil service personnel, ultimately contributing to better governance and administrative practices. Attendees include representatives from a wide array of ministries and departments, all committed to modernizing their HR functions.
