This document is a corrigendum issued by the Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India, clarifying a terminology error in a previous Office Memorandum (OM) dated May 31st, 2018. Specifically, it corrects the phrase ‘consequential bodies’ to ‘constitutional bodies’ within the aforementioned OM concerning the acceptance of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for CSS officers for the financial years 2015-16 and 2016-17, and instructions for 2017-18. The corrigendum is addressed to Joint Secretaries of all Ministries/Departments and for information to the Deputy Secretary of DoPT.

Subject: Acceptance of APARs in respect of CSS officers for the FY 2015-16 and 2016-17 submitted on hard copies and Instructions for FY 2017-18- reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to DoPT’s OM of even number dated $31^{\text {st }}$ May, 2018 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the word ‘consequential bodies’ appearing in the $1^{\text {st }}$ line of para 3(i) of the above OM may be read as ‘constitutional bodies’.
