The undersigned is directed to say that this Department is considering holding of Special Training Programme for hearing-impaired ASOs who are falling in the zone of consideration to next higher Grade i.e., Section Officer. In this regard the Ministries/Departments are requested to intimate particulars of such employees presently posted in their Department. The information may be furnished in the following format:-
