Level ‘B’ Training Programme at ISTM for CSS Assistants

This Office Memorandum announces a Level ‘B’ Training Programme at the ISTM for CSS Assistants from December 31st, 2012, to February 1st, 2013. It directs officers nominated in Annexure I to be relieved of their duties and report to the course coordinator, Ms. Rekha Sharma, at ISTM. The training’s performance evaluation will be included in APARs for promotion consideration, with exemptions for those promoted as Section Officers via SO LDCE. A TA/DA advance of Rs. 20,000 is authorized, and confirmation of participation with bio-data is requested by December 7th, 2012. Annexure II provides a curriculum vitae form for the nominated officers. The memorandum also lists distribution details to various departments and individuals.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Level ‘B’ Training Programme at the ISTM for the period from 31/12/2012 to 01/02/2013.

The undersigned is directed to inform that Officers whose names are given in Annexure I, have been nominated for the Level ‘B’ Training Programme being conducted by ISTM w.e.f. 31/12/2012 to 01/02/2013. It is requested that these officers may be relieved of their duties and advised to report to Ms. Rekha Sharma, Course Co-ordinator, ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on $31^{\text {st }}$ December, 2012.
2. The performance of the officials in the training will be evaluated and the reports may be added in their APARs to be considered for their next promotion. No request for withdrawal of nomination either from the Ministry/Department or the officer concerned shall be entertained by this Department or the Institute. As the training of the officials and successful completion is necessary for promotion, the Cadre Units are requested to ensure that the officials nominated to the above programme are relieved in time. Those who are promoted as Section Officers on the basis of SO LDCE results are exempted from undergoing this training.
3. The aforesaid training includes study tour and officers nominated above may be advised to draw necessary TA/DA advance of Rs.20,000/- each from their respective Ministry/Department. This amount may be released in Cash only.
4. Confirmation with regard to the participation of the officers along with their respective bio-data(Annexure-II) may be sent by 07-12-2012 to Ms. Rekha Sharma, Course Co-ordinator, ISTM, New Delhi, with a copy to the undersigned.
