Subject:Assistant (Direct Recruits) Foundational Training Programme (ADR-FTP) during 2012-13 at ISTM – reg

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated $16^{\text {th }}$ October 2012 nominating DR Assistants selected from Combined Graduate Level Examination 2011 to Cadre Units of CSS. Institute of Secretariat Training \& Management has scheduled the third batch of Assistants’ (Direct Recruits) Foundational Training Programme (ADR-FTP) from $11^{\text {th }}$ March 2013 as below:

Phase-I One week from 11.03.2013 to 15.03.2013.
Phase-II Eleven weeks from 24.06.2013 to 06.09.2013
2. The capacity of the batch is 100 candidates. 210 Assistant of year 2011 have already been nominated for the ADR-FTP in earlier batches. As per the information available in CS Division, there remains 54 DR Assistants, who are yet to be nominated to the mandatory training. The list of these Assistants is enclosed. It may be possible that joining reports of all the Assistants have not been received in this Division. Cadre Units are, therefore, requested to cross-check the list and intimate any omission of names of DR Assistants who are to be sent to the mandatory training
3. Cadre Units are also requested to intimate the latest position regarding the appointment of nominated DR Assistants, in the concerned Ministry/Department, by return fax.
