This office memorandum details the rescheduling of two Level ‘B’ training programmes under the CSS-CTP scheme. Originally planned for November-December 2013 and December 2013-January 2014, the programmes are now set to run from December 2013-January 2014 and January-February 2014 respectively. The memorandum instructs all Ministries/Departments to inform nominated officers of the changes and confirms that all other conditions outlined in previous OMs remain in effect. Course coordinators for each slot are also specified.

Subject: Level ‘B’ training programmes under CSS-CTP – postponement regarding.
The two Level ‘B’ training programmes under CSS-CTP to be conducted as per DOP&T OMs of even No. dated 11th October, 2013 and later kept in abeyance vide OM of even No. dated 7th November, 2013, are rescheduled as under:
i) First slot of Level ‘B’ training programme originally scheduled for the period 18/11/2013 to 20/12/2013 shall now be conducted during the period 2nd December, 2013 to 3rd January, 2014. The Course Coordinator is Ms. Manisha Bhatnagar, Dy. Director (Ph. 26175590)
ii) Second slot of Level ‘B’ training programme originally scheduled for the period 2/12/2013 to 3/1/2014 shall now be conducted during the period 20th January, 2014 to 21st February, 2014. The Course Coordinator is Shri P.P. Ambashta, Dy. Director (Ph.26104089)
- All the Ministries/Departments shall bring the above re-scheduling of training period to the notice of the officers of their respective Ministries/Departments nominated for Level ‘B’ training programme. All other provisions of this Ministry’s OMs of even No. dated 11/10/2013 shall remain unaltered.
