- All the above candidates should report to Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), JNU (Old Campus), New Delhi at 9.00 A.M. on 15.09 .16 for the mandatory foundational training.
- They are also advised to visit ISTM Website (www.istm.gov.in – News \& Events) for Joining instructions and Online registration.
- The candidates should take the following documents with them at the time of reporting for training:
i. Original Caste Certificate, PwD; in case of reserved category
ii. Original educational certificates;
iii. Certificate relating to the date of birth; age relaxation, if any. - The candidates who are already in Government service should take proper relieving orders from their present organizations/departments alongwith vigilance clearance.
- All the above candidates are advised to collect Offer of appointment letter in person on 07.09.16 after 2.00 p.m from the Departmnent of Personnel \& Training [CS-I Division] (2nd Floor, A-Wing, Lok Nayak Bhawan, New Delhi), failing which the same will be sent by speed post to the addresses mentioned in the attestation form.
