Special Induction Training Programme for CSSS Grade Officers

This Office Memorandum details a special induction training program at ISTM for Section Officers promoted through the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) of 2006, 2007, and 2008. The program runs from June 10th to June 21st, 2013. Officers are requested to be relieved of their duties and report to ISTM. Performance during the training will be factored into their Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs). The document also includes a list of nominated officers with their respective departments and dates of birth. Annexure II provides a proforma for officer details to be submitted to ISTM.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Special Induction Training Programme at ISTM during the period from 10/06/2013 to 21/06/2013 for CSSS grade officers promoted as Section Officers on the basis of LDCE.

The undersigned is directed to inform that Section Officers, whose names are given in Annexure I, have been nominated for the above mentioned Special Induction Training Programme for CSSS grade officers who were promoted on the basis of LDCE 2006, 2007 and 2008. This training is being conducted by ISTM w.e.f. 10/06/2013 to 21/06/2013. It is requested that these officers may be relieved of their duties and advised to report to Shri G.D. Chawla, Assistant Director (Co-ordinator) ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 10th June, 2013.

  1. The performance of the officials in the training will be evaluated and the reports thereof be added in their APARs. No request for withdrawal of nomination either from the Ministry/Department or from the official concerned shall be entertained by this Department or the Institute as this course would go a long way in empowering the officers. This training being conducted as a one-time measure, all Cadre Units are requested to ensure that the officials nominated to the above programme are relieved in time.

  2. Confirmation with regard to the participation of the officials along with their respective bio-data (Annexure-II) may please be sent immediately to Shri G.D.
