OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Rotational Transfer of Under Secretaries with more than six years service in the same Ministry/Department.

The undersigned is to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 04.06.2012 on the subject mentioned above (available at persmin.nic.in → DoPT → Central Secretariat → CSS → Rotational Transfer) and reminder dated 18.6.2012 and to say that response from a number of Ministries/Departments is still awaited regarding error/omission in the list of USs covered under RTP. Further, preference for posting has also not been received from many of the officers (as per list attached). It is, therefore, again requested that the list of officers circulated vide O.M. of even number dated 4.6.2012 may be confirmed and preferences for posting from officers who have not yet submitted the same may be obtained and forwarded to this Department without any further delay. If no information is received by 05.07.2012, this Department will proceed further without waiting for preferences.
