OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Rotational transfer of Under Secretaries with more than five years service in the same Ministry/Department.
The undersigned is to refer to this Department’s order of even number dated 18.01.2013 for rotational transfer of Under Secretaries and to say that relieving orders in respect of few officers have not yet been received by this Department.
2. Attention of Ministries/ Departments is invited to Rule 19 of CSS Rules, 2009 (Notification dated 15.09.2010), that if an officer is not relieved within forty-five days of order issued by this Department, the officer concerned shall be deemed to have been relieved and the officer concerned is also not entitled to draw pay and allowances from the current Ministry /Department beyond this stipulated period. Since the stipulated 45 days is expiring on $3^{\text {rd }}$ March 2013, Ministries/Departments concerned are requested to relieve the officers immediately.
