- The Officers promoted vide this order will be required to join the allocated Ministries/ Departments by 23.2.2015 and failure to do so may attract punitive action by DoPT. It will also be incumbent upon the Ministry/ Department and the officer concerned not to draw salary beyond the stipulated date.
- The promotion is subject to the condition that the Officers are clear from vigilance angle in terms of this Department’s O.M. No.22034/4/2012Estt.(D) dated 2.11.2012 and other relevant instructions on the subject. Copy of notifications for the appointment in the grade of US should be endorsed to this Department at the earliest for record.4. Other terms and conditions of promotion to the Grade I (Under Secretary) on regular basis will remain the same as contained in this Department’s O.M.s quoted above.
