ORDER

Sixty four Under Secretaries of CSS were transferred vide order of even number dated 28.8.2015, in terms of Rotational Transfer Policy of CSS Officers. The Officers were directed to report to the allocated Ministries/ Departments by 31.8.2015. However, a few officers have not yet complied with orders and the list of such officers is given in Annexure. These officers are directed to report to the allocated Ministries/Departments latest by 5 P.M. on 15.09 .2015 and no separate relieving order from the Ministry/Department is necessary. The onus to join the allocated Ministry/Department is on the officer concerned and failure to do so will be viewed seriously by this Department. It will also be incumbent upon the Ministry/Department and the officer concerned not to draw salary beyond the stipulated date.
2. The retention requests received from a few Ministries/ Departments have been considered and not agreed to by the competent authority and these requests are disposed off accordingly.
