ORDER
With immediate effect and until further orders, on his repatriation from deputation as Additional Private Secretary to Railway Minister, Shri D.D. Maheshwari, Under Secretary (CSL No.6180) is posted to Ministry of Health \& Family Welfare.
2. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 01.12.2015 till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Health \& Family Welfare.

The Officer was repatriated from deputation w.e.f. 02.07.2015. At the time of his relieving he was granted Earned Leave by Ministry of Railways from 03.07.2015 to 02.09 .2015 . During his EL, the officer proceeded on commuted leave w.e.f. 29.07 .2015 on medical grounds up to 31.11 .2015 . Copy of medical certificate and fitness certificate furnished by the officer is enclosed. Accordingly, the officer was on earned leave which was followed by leave on medical grounds from 03.07 .2015 to 30.11 .2015 . Leave may be sanctioned to the officer subject to availability and leave salary drawn by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
