ORDER
With immediate effect and until further orders, on his repatriation from deputation as Regional Officer from Central Board of Film Certification, Hyderabad, Shri G. Srinivasa Rao, Under Secretary (CSL No.6370) is posted to Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
2. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 29.01.2016 till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the Officer by the Ministry of Skill Development \& Enterpreneurship.

The Officer has applied for Earned Leave from 31.03.2016 to 08.04.2016 (9 \& 10.4.2016 suffixed being Saturday and Sunday) with permission to attend some urgent domestic affairs at Hyderabad and at his native place Guntur. Before joining DOPT on 29.01.2016, he availed joining time followed by leave. After repatriation to DOPT he also took leave during the period of compulsory wait to attend CBI Office at Hyderabad.
