ORDER
Consequent upon the merger of erstwhile Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs with Ministry of External Affairs, Shri Sami Ahmad Khan (CSL No.7010), Under Secretary of CSS has been relieved of his duties w.e.f. 23.03.2017 (AN) by Ministry of External Affairs. With immediate effect and until further orders, Shri Sami Ahmad Khan is posted to Ministry of Minority Affairs.
- The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 24.03.2017 (FN) till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Minority Affairs.
