Subject: Rotational Transfer of Under Secretary of CSS – Revision in the list of eligible officers – regarding
In partial modification to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 26.09.2017, it is hereby stated that there is a minor change in list of Group ‘A’ officers mentioned at Annexure-I as the names covered under RTP are based on length of service, whereas 02 names included in the bid list were inadvertently included based on their seniority. Accordingly, 02 names (S.Nos. 54 & 68, namely, Shri B.K.Phungreingam Angam (CSL No. 6842) and Smt. Sangita Toppo (CSL No. 8920), Under Secretaries) in the earlier list at Annexure-I have been removed and instead names of the following 02 officers based on their length of service, has now been included at their respective place in Annexure I (revised).

- There is no change in list of Group ‘B’ officers as mentioned at Annexure-II. The revised list of vacancies in both the Groups is at Annexure-III. The officers whose names are now indicated in the list are requested to indicate their preferences for posting in the enclosed format at Annexure-IV which should reach CS.I Division latest by 2.00 PM of 06.10.2017 through e-mail only. The other terms and conditions remain the same as stipulated in this Department’s earlier O.M. dated 26.09.2017.
