This document details the transfer of 142 Under Secretaries across various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India, in accordance with the Rotational Transfer Policy for CSS officers. The transfers are effective from October 16, 2017, and all concerned parties are directed to comply with the order. The document also provides instructions for updating relieving/joining details in the web-based cadre management system. A detailed annexure lists the officers being transferred, their current and new postings, and their respective groups.

Dated 13th October, 2017.
ORDER
In terms of Rotational Transfer Policy of CSS officers notified vide O.M.No.21/2/2009CS.I(P) dated 16.07.2015, transfer of 142 Under Secretaries is hereby ordered as given in Annexure.
2. The Officers will report to the allocated Ministry/Department by 16.10.2017. In this regard, attention is invited to para 22.2 of the Rotational Transfer Policy.
3. Ministries/Departments and Officers concerned are directed to comply with the transfer order strictly. No request for retention of any of the officers in the existing Ministries/Departments will be entertained. Copy of the relieving orders and joining reports should be sent to this Department at the earliest.
4. A copy of this order may be served on the officers concerned for their information and compliance.
5. Transfer of these officers is being reflected in the web based cadre management system at cscms.nic.in to enable updation of their relieving/joining details.
