Consequent upon his transfer from Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Shri Rajpal Singh, Under Secretary (CSL No.8082) is posted to Ministry of Women \& Child Development, with immediate effect and until further orders.
2. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 23.10.2017 till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Women \& Child Development.

Further, in terms of para 10.2 of Rtational Transfer Policy (RTP), sanctioned strength of the Department of Revenue has been reduced by one post in the grade of Under Secretary and no replacement of Shri Rajpal Singh will be provided for one year i.e. upto 22.10.2018. After expiry of one year, the position will be reviewed for restoration of the post and posting of an officer.

Consequent upon his repatriation from deputation, Shri Ram Singh, Under Secretary (CSL No.7094) is posted to Ministry of Housing \& Urban Affairs, with immediate effect and until further orders.
2. He was relieved from the deputation post w.e.f. 13.10.2017. After availing of two days joining time on 14.10 .2017 and 15.10 .2017 , he reported for duty in this Department on 16.10 .2017 The joining time availed for 14.10 .2017 and 15.10.2017 and the period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 16.10.2017 till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Housing \& Urban Affairs.
