In partial modification to this Department’s order of even number dated 13.10.2017 and in pursuance of this Department’s Order No. 24/1/2017-CS-I(P) dated 15.11.2017, there is change of Ministry/Department in respect of following two Under Secretaries under rotational transfer as detailed below:

• DoP&T vide Order dated 15.11.2017 have transferred few posts of CSS and CSCS along with incumbents on account of transfer of Copyright Office and Copyright Board from M/o Human Resource Development to D/o Industrial Policy and Promotion based on Cabinet decision.

• Smt. B.K.Sethi has already been relieved of her duties by the Ministry of Home Affairs on 10.11.2017 and is presently on CCL till 01.04.2018. On expiry of her leave, she is directed to report for duty to her newly allocated Department i.e. Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion.

ORDER

Approval of the competent authority is hereby accorded for the following
inter cadre transfer of 09 posts of CSS along with incumbents and 02 Posts of
CSCS on account of transfer of Copyright Office and Copyright Board from M/o
HRD to DIPP in pursuance of Cabinet decision:-

1. In so far as CSCS is concerned, since it is a decentralised cadre, the seniority is maintained by the cadre unit itself. Therefore, inter-cadre transfer in r/o CSCS would be as under:

a. Two vacant posts of SSA are transferred from the cadre strength of Ministry of HRD to DIPP;

b. Shri Sitab Singh, SSA, working in DIPP on loan basis, will continue to remain on the strength of M/o HRD as his seniority is maintained by the cadre unit itself.
