Consequent upon her transfer from Ministry of Minority Affairs, Ms. Hem Lata, Under Secretary (CSL No.9281) is posted to Ministry of Home Affairs, with immediate effect and until further orders.
2. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 09.02.2018 (AN) till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Home Affairs

After expiry of one year, the position will be reviewed for restoration of the post and posting of an officer.
