In terms of extant instructions issued by DoPT, CSS Officers of US and above levels on repatriation from deputation are required to report to CS.I Division for further posting. However, Shri Sujeet Kumar, on his repatriation from deputation joined Ministry of Coal and the Ministry allowed him to join in violation of instructions.
Ministry of Coal and the officer concerned are advised to adhere to the instructions of this Department scrupulously in future.
