ORDER
Shri Shiv Ram Meena, Under Secretary (CSL No.8734) was transferred from Department of Revenue and posted to Cabinet Secretariat vide Office Order of even number dated 15.03.2018.
2. As Department of Revenue has failed to relieve Shri Shiv Ram Meena, Under Secretary, now, therefore, the Competent Authority in this Department hereby orders that Shri Shiv Ram Meena, Under Secretary stand relieved from the rolls of the Department of Revenue with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. The officer is further directed to report to Cabinet Secretariat immediately. No formal relieving order from Department of Revenue is required. It is also informed that failure to comply with this order will make the officer liable to punitive action under appropriate rules without any further notice.
