ORDER
Consequent upon his repatriation from deputation, Shri Varinder Singh, Under Secretary (CSL No.6729) is posted to Ministry of Youth Affairs \& Sports, with immediate effect and until further orders.
2. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 26.11.2018 (FN) till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Youth Affairs \& Sports.

After availing of said leave, he reported in DoPT on 26.11.2018 (FN). Then he applied Earned Leave for 40 days’ from 26.11.2018 to 04.01.2019, suffixing $5^{\text {th }}$ and $6^{\text {th }}$ January, 2019. He joined duty in DoPT on 07.01.2019 (FN) for further posting. His leave application and joining report (in original) are forwarded herewith for appropriate action.
