Consequent upon his transfer from Staff Selection Commission, Shri Ramesh Chand Ahuja, Under Secretary (CSL No.7110) is posted to Ministry of Home Affairs for further posting to Department of Justice, with immediate effect and until further orders.
- He has reported for duty in this Department on 30.08.2019 (FN). The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 30.08.2019 till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Justice).
