This order details the immediate relieving of three Under Secretaries – Samir Sinha, Samir Kumar Das, and Sube Singh – from their respective ministries (Women & Child Development, Labour & Employment, and Defence) following their prior postings to the National Medical Commission. With the approval of the Competent Authority, the following Under Secretaries of CSS whose posting to National Medical Commission was ordered vide this Department’s order of even number dated 15.09.2021, 22.09.2021 and 06.10.2021, stand “deemed relieved” with immediate effect, on transfer from their respective Ministry/Department indicated hereunder:
