ORDER
On returning from deputation from Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Shri P.K Roy, DS (ad-hoc) (CSL No. 6234) is hereby posted to Ministry of Shipping with immediate effect.
2. After his relieving by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh on 30.09.2019, Shri Roy reported this department on 11.10.2019. The period from the date of his relieving by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh to reporting to this department (i.e 30.09 .2019 to 10.10 .2019 ) may be regulated in accordance with the Joining Time rules.
3. The period the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e from 11.10.2019 till issue of this order is treated as “compulsory wait” and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Shipping.
