ORDER
Subsequent to finalization of the Senior Selection Grade and Selection Grade Select Lists of CSS, vide orders No.4/3/2022-CS.I(D)(i-x) dated 29.06.2022 and orders No.3/11/2022-CS.I(D)(i-v) dated 30.06.2022, the incumbency position of Deputy Secretary/Director level officers in all the Ministries/Departments has been consolidated as per sanctioned strength of respective Ministries/ Departments.
2. With the approval of the Competent Authority the officers indicated in the annexure, are posted to the Ministries/Departments mentioned against their names, on transfer from their present place of posting, with immediate effect.
2.1 The posting of the officers mentioned at S. Nos. 45 to 48 of the Annexure, is effective from 01.07 .2022 . The period from 01.07 .2022 till date, is treated as ‘Compulsory wait’, and their pay \& allowances for the period shall be paid by the respective Ministries/Departments to which they are being posted.
3. Ministries/Departments concerned shall ensure immediate compliance of this order so that number of officers does not exceed their respective sanctioned strength, and the vacancies in the respective place(s) of posting of the officer(s), are filled up without delay especially in view of ensuing Parliament session. The Ministries/ Departments where the posting of these officers has been ordered, shall confirm joining of the officers concerned to this Department.
4. The updation of requisite entries with regard to relieving and joining of the officers, in the Web Based Cadre Management System (CSCMS module) shall appropriately be undertaken by the Ministries/Department concerned.
