ORDER

The transfer Shri J.P.Agrawal, Joint Secretary (In-situ) in the Ministry of Urban Development to the Ministry of Food Processing Industries issued vide Order No 10/1/2012-CS-I(D) dated 30.11.2012 is modified and he is hereby posted to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
2. Shri J.P.Agrawal, Joint Secretary( In-situ) stands relieved from the Ministry of Urban Development w.e.f. the forenoon of $8^{\text {th }}$ March, 2013 in accordance with Rule 19 of CSS Rules, 2009 with directions to report to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
