This order from the Department of Personnel & Training clarifies and regularizes the ‘compulsory wait’ periods for Shri Rohtash Singh (Director) and Shri N. Radhakrishnan (Deputy Secretary) following their transfers. ORDER
In continuation of this Department’s Order of even number dated $28^{\text {th }}$ February, 2014 regarding transfers/postings of CSS Directors/Deputy Secretary, the periods from the date on which Shri Rohtash Singh, Director and Shri N. Radhakrishnan, Deputy Secretary reported to the Cadre till they joined their new places of posting are regularized as under:
(i) The period from 12.2.2014 to 27.2.2014 in respect of Shri Rohtash Singh, Director, who joined the Ministry of Rural Development on 28.2.2014, is treated as ‘compulsory wait’ in the Ministry of Rural Development. The Ministry of Rural Development shall pay salary \& allowances etc. to the officer for the said period.
(ii) The period from 6.2.2014 till 2.3.2014 in respect of Shri N. Radhakrishnan, Deputy Secretary, who joined the department of Expenditure on 3.3.2014, is treated as ‘compulsory wait’ in the Department of Expenditure. The Department of Expenditure shall pay salary etc. to the Officer for the said period.
