ORDER
Shri Rabindra Prasad, Director, Ministry of Defence was transferred and posted to Department of Personnel \& Training vide Order of even number dated 03.07.2014.
2. In terms of Rule 19 of CSS Rules, 2009, a CSS officer is to be relieved by the concerned Ministry/Department within forty-five days of transfer orders and thereafter, the officer concerned is deemed to have been relieved by the Ministry/Department concerned to join the Ministry/Department to which he has been posted.
3. Shri Rabindra Prasad, Director has failed to report for duty in the Department of Personnel \& Training even after expiry of 45 days of the officer’s transfer order.
4. Now, therefore, Sh. Rabindra Prasad stands relieved with immediate effe
