ORDER
WHEREAS, Shri Daniel E. Richards, Director, IPP, was transferred under RTP from the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion to the Ministry of Minority Affairs vide this Department’s Order of even number dated May 27, 2015 and the Officer was required to report to the Ministry of Minority Affairs by June 1, 2015.
2. AND WHEREAS, the request of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion for retention of Shri Richards in that Ministry had been duly considered in this Department and had not been concurred to.
3. AND WHEREAS, the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion has still not relieved Shri Richards so that he could report for duty to the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
4. NOW THEREFORE, the Competent Authority in this Department hereby orders that Shri Richards stands relieved from the roll of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion with immediate effect. He is directed to report to the Ministry of Minority Affairs on August 18, 2015. No other formal Order from the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion is required. Failure to comply with this Order shall make the officer liable to action under appropriate rules without any further notice.
