The undersigned is directed to say that all Ministries / Departments participating in CSS are requested to endorse a copy of relieving order in respect of CSS officers in the event of their proceeding on deputation / training / transfer / promotion, to CS.I Division, being the cadre controlling authority for CSS officers, for records.
2. The details of relieving should also be updated on the cscms website.
