OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Extension of period of ad-hoc appointment in the grade of Section Officers of CSS – regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 12.09.2022 on the above mentioned subject vide which information relating to the ad-hoc Section Officers, who could not be regularized as on 01.07.2022 due to various reasons such as vigilance/disciplinary/court proceedings were pending against them, had not completed the Level B mandatory training or were on long leave/training etc.
2. In response, information relating to 8 officers out of the list of such Section Officers circulated vide OM dated 12.09.2022, has been received. Hence, the Cadre Units are once again requested to furnish the requisite information relating to the remaining ad-hoc Section Officers (as per list enclosed) and similarly placed, if any, as sought vide this Department’s OM of even number dated 12.09.2022 at the earliest and latest by 25.11 .2022 through email at harinarayan.mp14@nic.in.
