OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Promotion of 1994 Select List Section Officers to the Grade of Under Secretary on ad-hoc basis – Furnishing of CR Dossiers/ACRs and Vigilance Clearance.
The undersigned is directed to refer this Department’s OM of even number dated 3rd October, 2007 on the subject mentioned above and to state that the Screening of the CR Dossiers of 1994 Select List of Section Officers of the CSS has been taken up by the Screening Committee for their promotion to the Grade of Under Secretary on ad-hoc basis. In spite of request from this Department for furnishing CR dossier/ACRs and Vigilance Clearance, the same has not been received in respect of the following officers :-

- In the absence of the aforesaid documents/information, the names of the officers mentioned above may not be considered for their promotion to the Grade of Under Secretary. It is requested that the missing CR dossier/ACRs and Vigilance Clearance in respect of the aforesaid officers may be sent to this Department immediately so that their cases could be taken up further with the screening Committee for their promotion to the Grade of Under Secretary.
