With reference to this Department’s Order of even number dated 26.05.2010 and subsequent reminder dated 24.06.2010 on the subject noted above, the undersigned is directed to say that the competent authority has decided that ad-hoc promotion of following five Section Officers to Grade-I (Under Secretary) be cancelled with immediate effect, as they have failed to comply with the orders of DOP&T as above and have not joined their new posting by the stipulated date:
