The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 03.01.2014 on the subject mentioned above (uploaded on website www.persmin.nic.in $\rightarrow$ DoPT $\rightarrow$ Central Secretariat $\rightarrow$ CSS $\rightarrow$ Promotions $\rightarrow$ Promotion (Ad-hoc) $\rightarrow$ SO to US), and to say that CR dossiers, ACR/APAR disclosure certificates, personal information, vigilance status, status of imposition of penalty, if any, in respect of the officers as mentioned at Annexure of this O.M. has not yet been received from a number of Ministries/Departments.
2. Ministries/ Departments concerned are therefore, once again requested to furnish the information without any further delay.
