OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Posting on promotion to US grade on regular / ad-hoc basis and on repatriation from deputation – seeking options – reg.

The undersigned is directed to say that it is proposed to promote 12 officers on ad-hoc basis to US grade from the approved panel against the existing vacancies. Three officers in the approved panel for ad hoc promotion are not considered for ad hoc promotion as they have been recommended for inclusion in US$L-2014 and they are to be regularly promoted once they successfully complete the level D training.

  1. The vacancies proposed to be filled up in the grade of US and the officers who are to be considered for posting are given in the Annexures to this OM. The officers are requested to exercise option latest by 24.11.2015. The options should be submitted at the e-mail address given below as per enclosed proforma (Annexure-V). Posting of officers will be decided on the basis of seniority cum preference in terms of RTP.

  2. The officers concerned should also ensure that their data is complete in all respects in the web based cadre management system at cscms.nic.in. If the data is not complete it should be first got updated through the nodal officer / CS.I Division before submitting option. If the data is not complete in the web based system, the officer concerned will not be considered for promotion/posting.
