Subject: Promotion of Section Officers of the CSS to Grade-I (Under Secretary) on ad-hoc basis – Furnishing of fresh vigilance status – regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 12.05.2016 on the subject mentioned above (uploaded on web-site www.persmin.nic.in $\rightarrow$ DoPT $\rightarrow$ Central Secretariat $\rightarrow$ CSS $\rightarrow$ Promotions $\rightarrow$ Promotion (Ad-hoc) $\rightarrow$ SO to US), and to say that Ministries / Departments concerned were requested to furnish fresh vigilance status in respect of the Section Officers as mentioned in the Annexure-I who are in the zone of consideration for adhoc promotion. The information is still pending from the Ministry / Department concerned.
2. It is, therefore, once again requested that the fresh vigilance status in respect of the officers as mentioned at Annexure-I may be furnished latest by 03.06.2016 positively to enable this Department to convene Screening Committee meeting at the earliest. ACRs/ APARs in respect of these officers may also be furnished.
