Sub: Promotion of CSS Under Secretaries (1997 Select List) to the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS on ad-hoc basis.
In continuation of earlier Order dated 10th January, 2008, the following two officers having less than one year service for superannuation have been retained in the same Ministry/Department by upgrading the post of Under Secretary to Deputy Secretary on personal basis.
