Sub: Promotion of Grade I (Under Secretary) of CSS to the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS on adhoc basis.
In partial modification to this Department’s order of even number dated 14.12.07, Shri Abel Baines, Under Secretary, UPSC is allowed to be retained in that Commission on promotion as Deputy Secretary on adhoc basis against a vacant post, till further orders.
