ORDER
In pursuance of para 3 of this Department’s Order No.4/14/2011-CS-I(D) dated 12th November, 2012 regarding promotion to the grade of Deputy Secretary of Central Secretariat Service on ad-hoc basis, the promotion of Shri Ranjan Kumar, CSS, Under Secretary, who is presently on deputation in ISTM, is hereby cancelled on his refusal to avail himself of the said promotion.
