Subject: Consideration of officers of Grade -I (Under Secretary) of CSS for promotion to the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary on adhoc basis – vigilance clearance – reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated $12^{\text {th }}$ March, 2013 on the subject mentioned above.
2. Even after a lapse of considerable time, the vigilance clearance in respect of Under Secretaries whose names figure in the ‘Annexure” have not been received in AVD-I Section, DOP\&T. The Ministries/Departments concerned are requested to furnish vigilance clearance/status of penalty on any officer, to AVD-I(Shri A.K. Singh, Under Secretary), Department of Personnel and Training, North Block, New Delhi, directly under intimation to CS Division without any further delay.
