This order from the Department of Personnel & Training cancels a previous transfer order for Shri Ashwani Kumar, Director, CSS, from the Ministry of Shipping to the Department of Consumer Affairs. Simultaneously, the ad-hoc promotion and posting of Shri Bani Brata Roy to the Ministry of Shipping is also cancelled, and he is now posted to the Department of Consumer Affairs. The period between May 22nd and May 27th is designated as ‘compulsory wait’ for Shri Roy, with the Department of Consumer Affairs responsible for his salary during this time. This signifies a reshuffling of personnel between ministries, impacting both individuals and departmental responsibilities.
